At Melitta®, we strive to ensure every cup of coffee meets our high standards; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. Please note that for safety reasons, food products must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all coffee makers, filters, or accessories are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
